Working student job fair
Traditional job fairs in colleges have employers seeking out students to recruit and hire once they graduate. Students looking for companies that they would like to work for once they graduate. A working student inclusive job fair includes students who are currently looking for work to earn while they are studying, and companies who hire working undergraduate students.
Colleges can organize a job fair and invite companies who want to hire undergraduate students. The job fair can last from a few days to a week and can be held at a large space within or near campus. Students can talk to various companies to see if they are interested in working for them.
There are many working students who usually work short term jobs and are constantly looking for more work/employment. A job fair where they can seek out companies that are currently hiring students can help them find the work that they need. Working students can also eventually work full time with these companies once they graduate, which lets them skip the job hunting and application process post graduation. Other students can still participate in the job fair to look for potential employers and jobs they can apply to when they graduate.
