The time management seminar discusses topics such as poor time management, different types of time management techniques, how students can find techniques that effectively work for them, and lastly, how to implement time management in daily life. A common challenge working students face is time management; they have a larger amount of workload compared to their peers as they manage their academics and work. Working students have a difficult time efficiently managing their time as their calendar can get busy. Being able to set aside time to rest or work on assignments can prevent burnout and improve academic performance. Working students will be able to work more efficiently by utilizing time management.

To check if students and working students are interested in the seminar, there can be a survey or an interest check to see if a time management seminar is something students would like to attend. The venue depends on how many students would be attending the seminar; however, it also can be held online for accessibility for students who cannot physically attend. It can be held once every school year, and it would last around 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours. The speaker can be someone who is experienced in time management.

Time management is an essential skill for all as it efficiently organizes schedules, duties, and activities. A lot of students struggle with time management, causing them to cram and procrastinate. Learning how to manage time can boost productivity, accomplish deadlines sooner, and create an equal work-life balance. The whole student population could benefit from a time management seminar.
