To check if working students are interested in the seminar, there can be a survey or an interest check to see if a mental health seminar is something the students would like to attend. The venue depends on how many students would be attending the seminar, however it also can be held online for more accessibility for students who cannot physically attend. It can be held once every school year and would last around 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours. The speaker can be someone who specializes in mental health, or a working student who has overcome their mental health struggles.
Working students experience a set of mental health problems that not many other students experience, They can experience stress, anxiety, and depression from pressure, their heavy workloads, and fatigue. Burnout from overworking themselves with minimal to no breaks between classes and work. The seminar especially caters to working students who neglect to take care of their mental health. With the seminar working students would prioritize their mental health.
