Working Scholar Welfare Initiative (WSWI) is a collection of working student-focused programs, policies, events, and seminars that can give colleges ideas on what they can do to help their working students. There are 4 different collections that each help address the main challenges working students face.

Steady Scholar\u2019s programs focus on resolving challenges in balancing academic life, work life, and personal life. Steady Scholar\u2019s programs aim to promote a healthy balance for working students so that they can maximize their potential.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t
